Use case 08

Find the doc you're thinking of, not just the one with the right words

Search finds documents by meaning as well as keyword — useful when you remember roughly what you wrote but not the exact words or title.

How to do it

Cmd/Ctrl+K, or the search box on Documents. Matches title, body, and meaning together.

Used for

"I know I wrote about this but can't remember the title." Discovering a related document when starting new work you didn't realize overlapped.
