Syncpen is a minimalist online writing tool with real-time collaboration. Write in Markdown, collaborate with others, and keep your documents synced.

Document Permissions

When sharing documents, you can assign one of three roles:

OwnerFull access — can edit, delete, upload images, and manage sharing

Tips

  • Organize with folders — Create folders in the sidebar to group related documents
  • Use the command palette — Press Cmd/Ctrl + K to quickly navigate, search documents, and access actions
  • Share with a link — Make a document public to share it with anyone, or invite specific collaborators
  • Paste images — Copy an image and paste it directly into the editor — it will be uploaded automatically
Pro tip

The command palette (Cmd/Ctrl + K) is the fastest way to navigate Syncpen. Use it to search documents, create new ones, or quickly switch between files.
